TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Vaccinations: All cats must be currently vaccinated against Cat Flu and Feline Enteritis. Vaccination Card must be provided on day of arrival. This card will remain with us during your cats stay.
Medication: Medication can be administered. We are sorry but are unable to take diabetic cats.
Fleas/Worms: All cats MUST be treated for fleas and worms prior to their stay. If a cat is found to have fleas or worms, treatment will be given and you will be charged on your return.
Health/illness: Please ensure that any health / dietary requirements are declared at the time of booking. In the event of your cat/cats becoming ill, your cat/cats will be taken to our local Veterinary Surgery which is the Alphapet Practice, Birdham.
Insurance: All boarders are insured for veterinary treatment for conditions developing whilst boarding with us up to the cost of £350 per cat.
Owners leave their cats at their own risk, although please be assured that every care and attention will be given at all times.
Admission: We reserve the right to refuse admission to any cat arriving in a condition which would present a possible risk to other cats boarded.
Neutering: male cats over 9 months old will only be accepted if they have been neutered.
Abandoned Cats: Any cats left abandoned will be handed over to the RSPCA or other animal rescue centre.
Charges: Charges will apply for the day of arrival AND collection. Cats arriving after their booking date or collected before their departure date, may be charged the full term of their booking.
Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will be subject to a minimum charge. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice will be charged 50% of the whole booking cost.
Collections/Appointment system: Please make sure you arrange a specific appointment to collect or deliver your cat at the time of booking. This is to avoid multiple customers attending all at the same time. It would be helpful if you could collect your cat by mid-day on the last day, however, we can be flexible here. Please give us as much notice as possible - we fully appreciate when travelling,, unforeseen circumstances do occur.
